Six Wild Dog pups born in Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Park

The Hluhluwe Wild Dog pack have puppies! It’s a great day for Wild Dog conservation in South Africa.

It was with much delight that the Hluhluwe conservation volunteers came across six Wild Dog puppies belonging to the Crossroads Pack.

The Wildlife ACT conservation volunteers saw the Wild Dog puppies for the first time yesterday. Fossey and Bala are the proud parents of six perfect little pups that are now just under three months old. This is the first litter of the Crossroads Pack to survive to this stage since 2010 (when Fossey, the current alpha female, was born)! Here are some of the first adorable photos . . .
