Roslyn has led Wildlife ACT’s Finance and HR functions since 2020, overseeing finance, payroll, staff wellness, and audit across all of the organisation’s entities. With over two decades of finance experience and a Diploma in Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Business Management, she keeps the operational backbone of Wildlife ACT running smoothly.
Roslyn grew up on a farm in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands, with some of her fondest childhood memories rooted in the Drakensberg, and now calls Cape Town home, though she remains a farm girl at heart and an avid wildlife enthusiast.
She began her career in finance in 2000 and holds a Diploma in Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Business Management. She joined Wildlife ACT in 2020 as Head of Finance & HR.
Roslyn oversees finance for both the Trust and the CC, HR and payroll across all entities, staff wellness, and audit processes spanning three entities. Her work forms the operational backbone that allows Wildlife ACT’s conservation teams to focus on what they do best in the field, and she counts the opportunity to work for Wildlife ACT as a clear highlight of her career.
Outside of work, Roslyn enjoys reading, summer days at the beach, supporting her son on the rugby field, shopping with her daughter, and a “lekker braai” with her husband.
“I’m very proud to have been involved in a conservation family like Wildlife ACT for five-plus years.”
